The membership of The Rhyme & Reason Writers' Club is a varied and eclectic mix. Some of us have come East and others have come West, to pause or make our home in Southeastern Alberta. Some have roots in Europe, their memories of emigrating to the dusty prairie filling pages of old journals. Others were born here in Medicine Hat and have lingered always, close to home, beneath the big sky and close to its rolling, open fields. We are young and old; we work at home and outside it; we have retired; we are reaching to find our next fulfilling career. Whatever the course of our adventures, it is clear we do share a great passion for the pen. We celebrate and encourage each others’ creative paths and witness the capture of our thoughts for sharing.
